Shipping policy
Areas in service
• We could arrange domestic and international shipment.
• Hong Kong orders are shipped via SF Express standard delivery. You could choose your preferred courier. Please inform us when placing orders.
• HK$30 delivery fee will be charged for order below HK$800 (after discount).
• Free standard shipping within Hong Kong upon net purchase of HK$800 or above (exclude items with special promotion).
• Shipping method and terms of international shipment will be contacted and discussed separately when receiving your orders.

• Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer when placing their order. An order can be delivered to one address only. Please place a separate order If requires sending orders to multiple addresses.
Shipment processing time
• All domestic orders are processed within 2-3 business days upon confirmation of payment.
• All international orders are processed within 3-5 business days upon confirmation of payment and all shipment terms, cost are defined and confirmed by both parties.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• Shipment processing time might vary depending on stock availability.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or messages.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
• You will receive a shipment confirmation email or message once your order has shipped. Tracking number is provided if available.

• Please contact SF Express to track your shipment.

• Once the order is shipped out, please contact SF Express for the arrangement of any changes in the delivery address. Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.

• If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express directly for further arrangements. If the delivery cannot be reached multiple times, your order might risk being cancelled and not refunded.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
• We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
• We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
