Returns & Exchanges

 

• Our returns & exchanges policy lasts for 48 hours since your receipt of delivery (based on courier tracking record). We can’t offer you a returns or exchanges after 48 hours.

• To be eligible for a returns or exchanges, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In addition, it must be due to our errors, such as, delivered items with wrong sizes, quantities or fragrance as ordered; or they are defective and damaged.

• Giftaways, samples or promotion items are non-returnable.

• To complete your returns or exchanges, please email proof of purchase and pictures of wrong or defective items delivered to nous_sommes_pm@hotmail.com.

• To return or exchanges your product, you should mail your product to our destined address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• We will arrange replace or exchange for same items within 2-3 working days after receiving the return items. Unfortunately, we can’t arrange replace or exchange for other items, styles, size or fragrance.
